Out here in West, I find some different food in the grocery store, such as ground bison.
So I had to make Bison Tacos. First I chopped 1 onion and 1 jalapeno.
All that and the ground bison into the pot.
Oh that pot, it was cooking here:
While the bison is cooking up, I chop lettuce and cheese.
Toast my tortillas over the open flames.
And end up with this.
The Bison meat is super lean, no draining of fat needed. I am not suffering to much out here.
